Standard Items:

• Return Period: You may return standard items within 14 days of receipt.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Return Postage: Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Made-to-Order and Commissioned Items:

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order and commissioned items, we cannot offer refunds for these items.
